Simply Thank You offer terms, conditions and exclusions

These are the terms and conditions of the Simply Thank You offer for businesses that bank with us who get a quote and take out a business insurance policy through Barclays Bank UK Plc. These terms and conditions are between you and us (Barclays Bank UK Plc).

The offer

• To be eligible for the £75 e-voucher offer, you must get a quote through Barclays Bank UK Plc for business insurance and purchase the policy between 22 April and 31 December 2024
• You must have had a business banking account with us before you purchased your business insurance policy
• If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a £75 e-voucher by email 60 days after the start of your policy. You can then redeem the e-voucher on a range of gifts from Simply Thank You
• You must redeem your Simply Thank You e-voucher no later than 31 December 2025. You’ll receive an email reminder two weeks before your e-voucher expires

Barclays eligibility and exclusions

• To be eligible for this offer, you must get a quote through Barclays Bank UK Plc for business insurance and purchase the policy between 22 April and 31 December 2024
• The policy purchased can be with any provider as long as it’s purchased through Barclays Bank UK Plc. The policy will be purchased from Simply Business, and Barclays Bank UK Plc will act as the introducer.
• The policy must be held for a minimum 45 days from the policy start date. If you cancel the policy within the 45 days, you won’t be eligible for the offer
• If you purchase the policy outside the offer period, you won’t be eligible for the offer. Quotes are valid for 30 days, but you must purchase the policy between 22 April to 31 December 2024
• You’ll need to provide us with a valid email address so that we can send the £75 e-voucher to you. You won’t be eligible for the offer if you fail to provide an email address
• If you’re eligible for this offer, you may also be eligible for other offers with us. Taking part in this offer will not prevent you from benefiting from other offers
• We have complete discretion to decide whether or not any eligibility requirements have been met
• You can only take part in this offer once. You won’t be eligible if you’ve already redeemed a Simply Thank You e-voucher as part of this offer
• We may withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.

How the offer works

• You’ll receive an email 60 days after the start of your policy with details on how to redeem your £75 e-voucher from Simply Thank You
• We’ll share your name and email address with Simply Thank You purely for the purpose of contacting you to fulfil this offer
• You must redeem your Simply Thank You e-voucher no later than [date]. An email reminder will be sent to you two weeks before your e-voucher expires
• All items are subject to availability. If your chosen item is unavailable, Simply Thank You will contact you and offer an alternative item of equal or greater value. You won’t be offered a cash alternative. All claims regarding non delivery, damaged goods or warranties should be directed to Simply Thank You. Barclays is not the supplier and isn’t responsible or liable for any issues with any goods provided under this offer
