Making a Business Insurance claim
It’s easy to make a claim on your insurance. The Business Insurance Team at Allianz will ensure the process is straightforward and your claim is settled promptly 1.
To make a claim, you can either complete an online form or give us a call on 0844 893 9639 2.
Find the product for which you want to make a claim and select the link to complete the relevant form on the Allianz website.
Make a claim for a motor theft, damage to a vehicle or injuries resulting from a road traffic accident.

Make a claim for loss or damage to your property or possessions other than under an Engineering or Marine policy.
Make a claim for an accident that occurred at your place of work, on premises that are someone else's responsibility or for damage/injury caused by a product.
Make a claim for personal accident or sickness.
Make a claim if you are in dispute with another party and are claiming for legal protection.
Make a claim under your professional indemnity policy to correct a mistake resulting from professional negligence or if you're facing legal action.

What happens next?
Once your form has been received, one of Allianz's claims handlers will be in touch within 3 days to provide your claim reference number and discuss the next stages.
