How can I make payments?

  • If you urgently need to set up a new payment or standing order, you will have to do one of the following:
    – Use Telephone Banking – if you're registered for the service and have your Telephone Banking membership number and passcode
    – Use your debit or credit card to make the payment directly with the company
    – Send a cheque
    – Visit your branch to set up the payment (you will need to take forms of ID with you to verify who you are and where you live)
