Satellite and TV Equipment Cover

  • Your TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, satellite equipment and remotes can be protected against breakdown or accidental damage for 2 years on top of the manufacturer’s cover
  • A single claim limit of £1,500 applies with a maximum limit of £5,000 within any 12-month period

 

Extended Warranty on domestic appliances

  • Your new domestic appliances can now be protected for an additional 12 months – on top of your manufacturer’s cover – against breakdown and accidental damage. And if your freezer fails you're covered for food spoilage
  • The service is available on most items costing £25 or more and there’s no limit on the number of items you can register. All purchases must be registered within 90 days of purchase
  • We don't cover items under the value of £25, or cosmetic damage (eg scratches) or malicious damage

 

PC Troubleshoot Service

  • The PC Troubleshoot Service helpline gives you instant technical help for most personal computer-related issues
  • Our support service is available for PC or Apple Mac and covers laptops, tablets and desktop computers
  • Helpline doesn't provide assistance with unlicensed software, unlicensed operating systems or software for commercial use
  • Payments for repairs or costs to fix any hardware problems are not covered

 

Barclays Concierge Service

  • Relax, we'll take care of it for you. From securing you theatre tickets or great seats at Barclays Premier League matches to dinner reservations or simply finding someone to look after your cat
  • You will need to pay for the costs of the services arranged, eg your theatre tickets
