You've been asking about... New Online Banking

New Online Banking is slicker and quicker – with plenty of features to help improve your day-to-day banking. You've been telling us how much you like the new service but here's a handy 'how to' guide for new features:

New ways to log in

You can now choose the details you use to access your account – whether it's your membership number, debit card number or sort code & account number. To log in, just enter your surname and select 1 of the 3 options.

To log in without PINsentry in future, set up a passcode & memorable word. Once logged in with your PINsentry, go to 'Account services' on the top menu bar and select 'Set up my passcode & memorable word'. Of course, you can continue to log in with PINsentry if you prefer.

How to see your transactions

Once logged in, select the name of the account you want to look at under 'My accounts' on your homepage. This will show you a summary list of recent transactions.

At the bottom of this screen, you'll have the option to export the list, download it as a PDF or print it out. Use the blue tabs along the top of the page to search for particular transactions. It's that simple.

Log in now to have a look.

Online Banking security update

It's official – Barclays is leading the way with banking security online in the UK. And we have the certificate to prove it. Our Online Banking has been certified by the British Standards Institution for the second time – which means our security levels meet international standards.
