Online Statements

Make a statement. Go paperless.

  • View, print and email your statement any time

What are the benefits of switching to Online Statements?

  • You can view, print and download your statements as and when you please
  • Online Statements are completely secure and come in the same format as your paper statement
  • Online Statements are free
  • You can switch in Barclays Online Banking or Barclays Mobile Banking
  • You can switch back to paper at any time, but please ensure that we have the right address for you. You can check the address on your most recent Online Statement or by calling us on 0345 734 5345 2 (if you're registered for Telephone Banking). You can also visit your nearest branch
  • Sign up for free Text Alerts and we'll send you a text when your statement is ready to view (you will need to log in with your PINSentry card reader or Mobile PINsentry)
  • You can select how often you receive your Online Statements –  from weekly to annually
  • You can request interim statements to show all transactions since your last full statement

 

What if I have a joint account?

If you have a joint bank account, both account holders will need to register for Online Statements within Online Banking.

 

How do I switch to Online Statements using Barclays Online Banking?

  • Select 'Manage Statements' from your 'Account services' menu in Online Banking
  • You'll see all your accounts that are available for Online Statements – simply select 'Online' from the drop-down menu
  • You can also use this option to select large print or Braille statements

Once you've switched, your first Online Statement should be ready to view within a month. We will begin to store your statements online from the day you switch so you will not be able to view statements from before that date. If you need to order a copy of an old statement, please contact your branch or call 0345 734 5345 2 (if you’re registered for Telephone Banking).

How do I switch to Online Statements using the Barclays Mobile Banking app?

  • Log in to the Barclays Mobile Banking app
  • Select 'More' from the navigation bar
  • You'll be shown a list of your accounts that are available for Online Statements – simply select 'Online'
  • You can also use this option to select large print of Braille statements

I'm not an Online Banking customer – can I still get Online Statements?

Online Statements are only available to Barclays Online Banking customers, but don’t worry  – simply follow the link below to register for Online Banking today.

You'll need your Barclays debit card. If you're already registered and want a passcode reminder, we can send you a new one.
