Switching to us

What happens when you switch your current account to us?

We take care of all the fiddly bits for you free of charge, such as transferring your Direct Debits and standing orders. And if you like, we'll even close your old account for you.

All you have to do is redirect your salary and any income (such as pensions or child benefits) into your new Barclays account and make any outstanding payments to your old account.
