A lifetime tracker mortgage is a variable-rate mortgage that tracks a base rate – for example, the Barclays Bank Base Rate – for the term of the mortgage.
At Barclays, we offer Woolwich Lifetime Tracker mortgage options that give you the flexibility to move your mortgage interest rate to a newly purchased property. This option is available when you redeem your existing mortgage and complete on a new one at the same time.
