We’re making Online Banking more about you


You asked us to make Online Banking more personal, relevant and easier to use. Here’s how we’ve changed it for you.


Online banking process



Your favourite features and some new ones

Online banking
  • Current and savings accounts display – with the 5 most popular associated actions and digital mini-statements
  • ‘My profile’ section – contains the information we have about you, and lets you change your details. We’ll also use this section to send you secure messages when we need to
  • Service centre – this is where we’ll let you know about any new services we’re making available online, and anything you’ve done in branch or over the phone that you could have done online. There’s also a link to all the services we currently offer online
  • Navigation – the ‘home’ button will let you return to your homepage from anywhere in Online Banking. And if you have both Business and Personal accounts, you can use the tabs at the top of the page to switch between them, so you’ll only see the information relating to one at a time, avoiding any confusion
  • Notifications – if we need to ask you anything, or there’s something we need you to do, we’ll let you know with a note at the top of your homepage. It’ll then disappear when you no longer need it
  • Help and support – any help or guidance you might need will be shown on the right-hand side of the page, so it’s right there when you want it
