3 Year Premier Flexible Bond

What you get

Our 3-year, exclusive Premier Banking Flexible Bond gives you a fixed rate of return, with some access to your money if you need it.

  • Fixed rate of 2.00% AER/gross pa for balances of £1 to £1 million 1, 2
  • Make up to 3 withdrawals during the term of the bond, each one up to 10% of your initial deposit
  • Withdraw money in branch, online or over the phone

Terms and conditions

Availability of the 3 Year Premier Flexible Bond – Issue 4 is limited and can be withdrawn at any time.

Cooling off

If you’re not happy with your choice of bond, you have 14 days in which to contact us to cancel your bond. This period begins on the date your bond is opened or the date you receive your terms and conditions and other information about your bond, whichever is the later. If you contact us within this period to cancel your bond, we’ll return to you the bond capital value together with accrued interest to the date of closure. If you wish to cancel your bond, you should tell us by writing to Barclays Bank PLC, Leicester Servicing Centre, Leicester LE87 2BB. If you choose not to cancel your bond, your funds will remain invested for the whole term of the bond.

Important information
1. Rates shown are when interest is paid at the end of term. Interest can also be paid monthly or annually. If your bond has tiered interest rates then withdrawals may take you into a lower tier. Open from £1 to £1 million – no additional deposits are allowed.
2. Gross is the rate of interest payable before income tax is deducted. Interest is payable gross to UK non-taxpayers subject to the required certification. AER (Annual Equivalent Rate) illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and compounded once each year.
3. Base rate means Bank of England Bank Rate.
