We've combined all of our Banking by Telephone services so you can check balances, transfer money, make payments and arrange to speak to your Barclays Business Manager.

How do I get started?

Our automated Telephone Banking service is ideal for those simple account queries – like checking payments or transferring money.

And it couldn’t be simpler to do: 

  • Call 0345 605 2345 1 and select the first option
  • When asked, enter your membership number
  • Then enter the 2 numbers requested from your passcode
  • You’ll then hear the balance of your main business account

What services are available to me?

  • Check your statement details
  • Make a Barclaycard payment or check your card balance
  • Transfer money or make a payment
  • Change your passcode

How do I get started?

  • Call 0345 605 2345 1 and select the 1st option
  • Enter your membership number and passcode details
  • Your team will now have your account details to hand when they answer. It makes for faster banking, which lets you get back to the day job.

What services are available to me?

  • Set up, amend or cancel a standing order or Direct Debit
  • Order cheque or paying-in books
  • Change your name and address
  • Report lost, stolen or damaged debit, ATM or credit cards
  • Order foreign currency and travellers cheques
  • Arrange international and UK same-day payments of up to £25,000 3

Online Banking is the easiest way to manage your account. Your money is protected by our Online Banking Guarantee 4 and you can register in just a few steps.

2. 24-hour automated service is closed for a 20-minute period overnight for maintenance. Some transactions (e.g. third-party transfers and bill payments) are only available through the support team.
 
3. Available between 8am and 7pm weekdays.
