What you get
- Order foreign currency and travellers cheques and get free home delivery in the UK
- On your return from holiday, we'll make life easier for you by purchasing your unused travel money in selected branches 1
- There is no commission when you purchase foreign currency travellers cheques but there is a commission charge of 1.5% (minimum £1.50) when you buy sterling travellers cheques 2

Important information
1. Minimum denominations apply to some currencies and coins cannot be exchanged. The exchange rate at which we buy back is different from the exchange rate at which we sell. Please ask in branch for availability of this service and for daily buy and sell exchange rates.
2. Some banks in other countries may charge commission for cashing travellers cheques.
3. Working day means Monday to Friday excluding Bank and public holidays (and for the avoidance of doubt there are no deliveries on a Sunday or public holidays).
4. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am -8pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm and Sundays 10am-4pm. Closed Bank Holidays. To maintain a quality service, we may monitor or record phone calls.
