The key information on your statement hasn't changed, but we've updated the layout to make it a bit simpler.

Why get Online Statements?

Online Statements are free and mean you won't need to wait for your paper statement to arrive each month to see exactly where your money is going. You can log in anytime, anywhere to view your statements.

• You'll always be able to access your Online Statement on time every month, no matter where you are in the world
• Online Banking statements are completely secure – we use the most advanced security systems to provide your Online Statement
• They're simple to set up and simple to view, and they'll come in the same format as your old paper statements

Print, search and download statements

If you've ever mislaid your paper statement, you'll appreciate the value of being able to print out multiple copies at the touch of a button. With Online Statements you can print, search, download and save your statements whenever you like.

Once registered, access Online Statements by:

• Choosing View Statement History from the More Options menu on your At a Glance page in Online Banking
• Selecting the account you wish to view
• Selecting the statement you wish to view – this will download the statement as a PDF, which you can then save or print
