If you think someone else has the information needed to make payments on your account (ie your password, passcode or other security information), you must tell us as soon as you can by calling us on +44 (0) 1604 230 230.

The PINsentry card reader provides an extra level of security to protect your Online Banking.
Online Banking Guarantee
As soon as you register for Barclays Online Banking you’re covered by our Online Banking Guarantee. This means if you fall victim to internet fraud on your Barclays bank account, we’ll cover your loss – no matter how much money is taken from your account – as long as you’ve used Online Banking correctly 1.
