Free Business Banking Text Alerts

Large Credit Alert – helps you keep track of your account by notifying you when a large sum of money arrives in your account

Large Debit Alert – helps you keep track of your account and avoid going overdrawn or beyond an agreed overdraft limit by notifying you when a large sum of money comes out of your account

Near Limit Alert – helps you avoid going overdrawn or beyond an agreed overdraft limit by notifying you when your balance falls below an amount you specify and notifies you if you incur and will be charged a Paid Referral Fee

Weekly Balance Alert – helps you manage your money by detailing the last 5 transactions on your account on the day of your choice

Online Statement Alert – helps you reconcile your account transactions regularly by letting you know when your most up-to-date statement is ready for viewing online

Non UK Debit Alert – helps you to monitor your account for debit card activity outside the UK

The alerts are based on the transactions and closing balance from the previous working day.

I'm already registered for Online Banking

If you’re already online, it takes a minute or two to get Text Alerts up and running

• Log in to Online Banking.

   

• Select manage text alerts from the account services tab.

   

• Choose the account you would like to receive Text Alerts for and select Next button.

   

• We'll ask you to verify your mobile number. If it isn't correct, you can change it in the space provided and confirm by entering it a second time.

   

• You’ll be asked to choose a reference up to 5 characters and identify which of your accounts the alerts relate to.

   

• You’re now ready to choose which Text Alerts you would like to receive.
