Accessible services for customers with mobility and dexterity impairments

We've a range of facilities for customers with mobility and dexterity problems. We've developed our branches so they're easier to use, and there are many ways for you to do your banking without visiting a branch.

We can also provide facsimile stamps for customers who can't provide signatures, or find it difficult to provide consistent ones. The stamp has a copy of your signature embossed on it, to be used in conjunction with your Barclays Connect card or Barclaycard. It comes with a letter for retailers to confirm you're a genuine customer. Contact any branch of Barclays to request a facsimile stamp.
