We recognise not all customers have standard documents to prove their identity, such as a passport, driving licence or utility bills.

Other ways to contact us

To open your account, we can accept other documents as proof of your identity, such as an Entitlements of Benefits letter or a Pension letter. To comply with government regulations, we need confirmation of who you are and where you live. Please contact your branch before going in to find out which documents you'll need to bring with you.
