We want to play our part in the movement that is changing people's views of disability. We aim to provide expert advice and support on any difficulties faced by disabled people using banking services.

- Training our staff to become more aware of different needs and ways they can help
- Providing accessible telephone and online banking services for day-to-day needs
- Changing many of our branches to make them more accessible
