The Local Business Have Your Say Survey – Wave 1, carried out by The Times in partnership with Barclays, looked to find answers to these questions and many more. With over 3,700 small business owners responding the survey included both new and established businesses across a range of business sizes.
The results provide an interesting insight into the concerns and priorities of business owners as they strive to make their business a success in these challenging times.
