Britain's Best Local Businesses

A little over 10 weeks ago, we joined forces with The Sun to ask the nation to support their local businesses.

We asked you to nominate your favourite local business for the chance to win them £20,000, plus a 3 year money can’t buy business support package, including personal with ‘Dragon’s Den’ star Theo Paphitis.

The nominations clearly showed just how important your local businesses are to you.

Well, the results are now in and from over 4,400 nominations we are very pleased to announce that ‘Britain’s Best Local Business’, as nominated by the UK public and judged by a panel of business experts including Theo Paphitis is….. Grant Solder Sports Agency.

Grants Business provides sports coaches and mentors, course planning, and management to East London schools, youth clubs, and local authorities.

Grant Solder was nominated by Rashid Benallal, who said “the scheme has created many success stories, and has encouraged children from all different backgrounds and religions to build confidence“.
