How will I find out when new offers are launched?

Yes, all Barclays staff and staff pensioners on the Barclays payroll are eligible for the Exclusively Ours benefits. If you are on a career or a maternity break, you remain eligible for staff offers. However, if you are on a long-term career break, you aren't eligible to receive the Exclusively Ours benefits. All staff pensioners are eligible with the exception of those on a deferred pension.

How will I find out when new offers are launched?

We have a number of different ways to let you know. Currently we use:

• The Exclusively Ours website
• The Globe and the FAX
• Workplace posters and leaflets
• Payslip messages
• Connections magazine for staff pensioners

What happens if I leave Barclays Bank?

With the exception of staff Savings Bonds (which are fixed for the term of the bond) and insurance policies (which are renewable annually), you stop being eligible for staff offers if you leave the Bank.
