Upon receipt, Barclays Insurance Services will dispatch a cheque (typically within 5 days) to the customer for the value of their cancellation fee, up to a maximum of £50.

Nothing to Insure?

For colleagues who don’t have a home to insure, the staff discount of 20% and the offer of half price contents can be passed on to a nominated family member. Colleagues can only pass this benefit on to one person and will then be unable to take up a staff offer on home insurance themselves for as long as their family member holds a policy.

Colleagues wishing to pass on their discount should give their family member their staff number the Exclusively Ours telephone number and advise them to quote the staff number when they call.
