Can I pay for my currency on collection?

No. You need to pay for your currency when you order it, so have your debit card to hand.

Can I get these benefits if I buy currency in a branch or Bureau de Change?

No. Because of technical constraints, we can only give you the staff rate if you buy using the Exclusively Ours helpline.

Do I get a discounted exchange rate on Travellers Cheques?

Yes. You get it on all non-Sterling Travellers Cheques.

Is the discounted rate available for selling currency back?

No, the standard buy-back rate applies.

When is the best time to order currency?

The Traveline is open 8am to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. Monday mornings are the busiest, so unless it's urgent, we recommend you try a different time.
