Can I change my Online Statement date and frequency?

Yes. If you have Online Banking or Barclays Mobile Banking, you can change the frequency of your Online Statement online. If you’re registered for Telephone Banking, you can change the statement date and frequency over the phone or in a Barclays branch.
You can receive your Online Statement weekly, monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, or annually.

  • Online banking

    Log in to Online Banking and open the dropdown menu under your name at the top right of the page.

    Under the 'My preferences' section, select ‘Statement and letter preferences’. Choose how often you want to receive your statements for each of your accounts.

  • Mobile banking

    Open the 3-bar menu at the top left of your screen. Select ‘Account management’ and then ‘Statement and letter preferences’. Choose how often you want to receive your statements for each account.

  • By phone

    You can change your statement date and frequency through Telephone Banking, if you’re registered.

  • Branch

    Visit your local branch with ID and they’ll change the date and frequency of your statement for you.
