Print a statement through our self-service kiosks
If you’re looking for a recent copy of your statement, you can use the self-service kiosks available in most of our branches to print off the previous 6 weeks’ transactions on your account free of charge. Your name and address will be included on the kiosk statement because some organisations will accept these as proof of address. For your security, only the last 4 digits of your account number will be shown on the statement.
Ask for a copy statement over the counter
If you can’t register for Online Banking, or you don’t have a printer at home, you can ask for a paper copy of your statement over the counter in any branch. If you’re a Personal or Premier customer, a £5 fee will be applied to your account each time you request this. There is no fee for Business customers.
How do I get a paper copy of my statement?
If you need a paper copy of your statement for proof of address or identification, eg for a mortgage or visa application, you can do this for free in Online Banking (if you’re registered). You’ll be able to view, download and print your statements.
If you only need to check your balance and transactions it's easy to view statements online or in the Barclays Mobile Banking app by selecting Barclays Cloud It under ‘Tools’.
