How do I get a statement that's not available online?
Once you've registered for Online Statements, your monthly statements will always be available in Online Banking. However, you'll only be able to see statements issued from your registration date.
If you want copies of previous statements, you'll need to call Telephone Banking, if you're registered, on 0345 734 5345* or visit a branch. There may be a charge for this – we’ll tell you what it is.
If you have a Premier account you can call Premier Telephone Banking on 08009 24 7 365* , if you’re registered.
You can also order an interim statement by logging in to Online Banking and going to ‘Service centre’ then ‘Order’, selecting ‘Interim account statement’ and clicking on the Order interim statement link.
