Will both account holders be able to view joint account statements in Online Banking?

Yes, you’ll be able to view recent transactions for the joint account and both account holders will be able to view joint account bank statements at anytime, so long as you’ve switched from paper to Online Statements.

To start receiving Online Statements, log in and select ‘Account Services’ from the top blue navigation bar, then click on ‘Manage Statements’. You’ll be shown a list of your accounts that are available for Online Statements – simply choose ‘Online’. Thereafter your statements will be available to view online.

You can also change to Online Statements in the Barclays Mobile Banking app*. Just log in and press the tab in the top left-hand corner, then select ‘Manage Statements’. You’ll be shown a list of your accounts that are available for Online Statements – simply choose ‘Online’. You can also use any of these options to select large-print or Braille statements.
