Is Video call secure?
Barclays Video Banking is completely secure, but we recommend you use a secure Wi-Fi or mobile connection and that you can’t be overheard by others.
If you are calling to discuss your account, existing mortgage with us or personal details, we’ll have to confirm your identity on the call.
For account services or appointments booked by a Relationship Manager, if you use a PINsentry card reader or Telephone Banking passcode, it will help if you have them to hand. For mortgage calls, we’ll ask you some questions to verify your identity.
