Online banking
You can change the date of your Barclayloan payments in the Barclays app1. Just tap on your loan and select ‘Change your payment date’, then follow the instructions. If you don’t have the app, you can download it on your device and register with your existing Barclays details.
You can also change your payment date in Online Banking using web chat or a secure message.
Web Chat
You’ll find the web chat button at the bottom of the dropdown section. When you click to start a session, a chat window will pop up. Here, you can type a message to a help team-member. Just let them know you want to change the date of your Barclayloan payments, and they can take it from there.
Secure Message
To send a secure message to a help team-member, select the ‘Send secure message’ button from the same section. Fill in the short form, and submit. We’ll send a secure message back once your request is completed.

You can change the date of your Barclayloan by calling 0345 734 5345* . Lines are open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm.

You can change the date of your Barclayloan over the counter in one of our branches.

Can I change the day of the month that my Barclayloan payments are due?
Yes, you can, with certain conditions. You can ask us to move your regular payment to any day that is no more than 25 days after your original payment day. If you have a payment due in the next 7 days, the change can’t take effect until the following month.
