Can I complete a mandate change form for my Barclays Business account online?

You can if you’re a limited company, club, association or charity. Simply log in to Online Banking and select ‘Change your mandate details’ from the ‘Account Services’ menu.

If you’re looking to add a Director or Company Secretary to a limited company, please note that they’ll need to already be registered at Companies House.

If you have any other type of business, you’ll need to download a mandate form to print out, complete and either take into a branch or post it to us at: Freepost, Barclays Mandate Change Team. Alternatively, you can pick up a form in branch or request that one be sent to you.
