Why can't I access my SmartBusiness Dashboard after activating it?

If you can’t access your Dashboard when logged in to Online Banking, your Dashboard may have been switched off or your business mandate may have changed.

  • Other people with full access to your Online Banking membership can switch off your Dashboard. This affects everyone with access to your business account in Online Banking.
  • If the mandate for your business changes, your Online Banking business membership access and Dashboard access may change, too.
