How can I get a copy of the personal information you hold about me?
You can ask us to send you a report by submitting a subject access request form online.
There’s a fee of £10 for each request, which you can pay by cheque. We won’t cash the cheque until the day we send the information.
You can ask us to post it to a UK address or choose a branch from which to collect the information. We’ll try to respond as quickly as we can, although the process could take up to 40 days.
We may not be able to provide the information you’ve requested in some circumstances. We don’t hold records indefinitely after accounts and other financial products have been closed or cancelled.
The Information Commissioner’s Office provides detailed information about your right to request your personal information.
Important information about Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)
If you’re looking for information about PPI, you don’t need to submit a subject access request. You can ask us to check if you’ve had or have PPI, or make a complaint about it, for free.
