What happens with Contactless Mobile if my physical debit card or Barclaycard is lost or stolen?

When you contact us to report your card lost or stolen, we’ll arrange for a new card to be sent to you. We’ll also instantly replace your Contactless Mobile account.

To switch on your new Contactless Mobile account, go to ‘Contactless Mobile’ in Barclays Mobile Banking and then select the image of your new debit card or Barclaycard.

If you use Contactless Mobile on Transport for London, you’ll also need to advise them of your new account number. You can find this under ‘account details’ in the Contactless Mobile section of your Barclays Mobile Banking app.
