Why can’t I see all my accounts in the Barclays Mobile Banking app but I can online?

If you’ve registered more than one Barclays Online Banking profile – meaning you see some accounts with one log-in and other accounts with another log-in – you won’t be able to see all your accounts in a single Barclays Mobile Banking app.

You can either merge all your online banking profiles into one login (by calling the Online Banking helpdesk on 0345 600 2323*+ ) and register it for the app on a single device, or you can register all your online banking profiles for the app on different devices.

Can't see a Business account?

If you can’t see a Business account in the app, it may be because you’re not the sole signatory on the account. If this is the case, you’ll need all of the signatories to sign a Mobile Banking Waiver form giving you mobile access to the account. You can get this form in any branch or by calling the Mobile Banking help desk on 0333 200 1014* .

Barclaycard Business and Commercial accounts are not currently available in the app.
