I’ve forgotten my Pingit passcode – can you send me a reminder?

For your security, we don’t re-issue passcodes. It’s safer for you to re-register your account. 

  1. Open the Pingit app
  2. Tap ‘Help’ in the bottom left of the log-in screen
  3. Tap ‘Reset your Pingit account’
  4. Re-register using the same mobile number and bank account details
