Can I use Pingit if I’m a Business customer?
Yes, you can send and receive payments through Pingit if you have a smartphone and you’re the sole signatory on your Barclays Business current account.
If you’re not the sole signatory, you’ll need all the signatories to sign a Digital Banking Waiver Form giving you mobile access to the account before you can register for Pingit. You can ask for this form in any branch or call 0333 200 1014* and we’ll post it to you.
If you don’t have this consent, or are a non-Barclays Business customer, you can still register online to receive payments only.
You should be aware that Business customers on certain tariffs will be charged for transactions. To find out if this might impact you, call 0333 200 1012* .
