How can I make payments with Pingit if my business account has more than one signatory?

If you want to use Pingit to send and receive payments, you’ll need all the signatories to sign a Digital Banking Waiver form allowing mobile access to the account before you can register for Pingit. You can ask for this form in any branch or call 0333 200 1014* and we’ll post it to you.

If you don’t have this consent, you can still register online to receive payments only
