Why can’t I see my account verification code if I’ve received my penny payment during Pingit registration?

If there’s no reference on your statement beginning with ‘pingit’ and ending with ‘#’, it may be because of the way that your bank collects and displays payment references. In some instances, the payment reference isn’t displayed until the following day – so you might have to wait until then to complete your Pingit registration.
