What should I do if I’m a victim of fraud that affected something other than my card or account?

If you’ve been the victim of a scam, fraud or a cyber crime but something other than your card or account was affected, you should contact us and Action Fraud.

You can call Action Fraud on: 0300 123 2040§ or contact them online.

Mobile banking app fraud concerns: 0333 200 1014*

Debit card fraud concerns: 0800 3891 652* (+44 160 452 9410* outside the UK or from a mobile)

If you’ve received a suspicious email please forward it to internetsecurity@barclays.co.uk and then delete it immediately.
