How to make a claim

If you need to make a claim just give us a call (you'll find the number on your policy summary) and we'll send you a claim form with a freepost envelope to return it in. You should fill in the claimant's section and either your GP or your hospital consultant should complete the doctor's statement. If they charge any fee for completing your form, this needs to be paid by you. Once complete, just pop the form in the envelope and send it back to us.

If we need any further medical evidence we'll let you know who we've written to and we'll keep you regularly updated on the progress of your claim. We'll cover the cost of any additional reports we need.
