Our Hospital Cash Plan can assist with the financial costs of being in hospital such as childcare or travel costs for your family.

With our hospital cash plan you could receive £50 for every day spent in hospital up to 183 days as an in-patient and £75 for six scheduled out-patient visits a year for just £11.07 a month (online price*).

Your Hospital Cash Plan at a glance

  • Hospital cash plan cover is available to UK residents aged 18 – 59
  • You can claim up to 183 in–patient days per policy year (provided the condition didn't exist before the start of the policy); equivalent to, £9,150. See policy document for full details
  • You're entitled to a recuperation benefit of £150 if your hospital stay was for seven days or more
  • You can claim for up to six scheduled out–patient visits a year
  • Your hospital cash plan can cover your partner if they live with you and children too (children benefits are 50% of those of adults)
  • You are covered straight away for accidents and 30 days after the start of the policy for illnesses
  • You're covered for hospital stays in the UK
  • No medical required to take out the plan
