If you’re registered for Online Banking, or the Barclays Mobile Banking app, you can access all the important details of your mortgage:
- Your balance
- Your statement
- Monthly payment amount
- When your initial term ends
- Mortgage transactions
- Current interest rate
- And much more
Forgotten your log-in details?
If you have a savings or current account with us, you can get a reminder of your log-in details online. Just go to the log-in page and choose the appropriate link.
If you only have a mortgage account with us, you'll need to call 0345 600 2323 1 to get a reminder.
Do it online
In addition to viewing your mortgage details, there are also a number of ways in which you can manage your mortgage in Online Banking. These will depend on the type of mortgage you have and your current circumstances.
Making overpayments can reduce your mortgage balance more quickly. If your overpayment is large enough, we'll recalculate the amount you have to repay from then on. We can also do this at your request – just call 0800 022 40222.
To make an overpayment, if you're registered for Online Banking you can Log in and select 'View information' beneath your mortgage on the Online Banking homepage.
To the right of your mortgage summary, you'll find links to set up an overpayment. Discover more about overpayments .
Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to set up regular underpayments online.
Switch your mortgage rate
Switch to a different rate if the initial term of your mortgage has ended, or if it will within 90 days.
Manage your offset mortgage
Add or remove the accounts linked to your offset mortgage.
Set up a new Direct Debit or change the details of your current one.

Talk to us about your accounts safely and securely with web chat – just make sure you’ve logged in to Online Banking.
