We recently wrote to you as our records show that you purchased a PPI policy. We’ve identified problems with the sale of some PPI policies, which may mean we’ve mis-sold you PPI – but this will depend on your individual circumstances.

If you think we may have mis-sold you PPI, or you have been affected by any of the problems identified in the letter we sent you, you should raise a complaint and quote the reference number on your letter.

Using our online PPI form to submit your PPI complaint is the quickest way to submit the information to us. It’ll take around 30 minutes to complete the form. It’s worth noting that you can’t save your progress, so you’ll need to complete the form in one go.
