Contactless Mobile means you can link your Barclays debit card or Barclaycard (eligible Visa cards only) to your phone, then use it to pay wherever you see the contactless symbol.

1. What can I use instead of Contactless Mobile payments?

If you’re 16 or over and use your debit card on the Contactless Mobile payment service, you can register for Google Pay (Google Pay’s terms and conditions apply). If you’re under 16, please use your plastic card to make payments.

If you use your credit card on the Contactless Mobile payment service, please use your plastic card to make payments.

If you use your mobile device to withdraw cash, you can use your plastic card instead to withdraw cash from machine instead.

2. Where can I view my updated terms and conditions?

You can see our updated terms and conditions on our website or in the Barclays app.
