Complete your annual trust attestation

Complete your annual confirmation that your trustees’ and beneficiaries’ details haven’t changed, or telling us that they have.

Who is this for?

This page is for existing Barclays Business discretionary trust account holders. We need to make sure we have the right details for all your trustees and beneficiaries and that they match what’s on the HMRC trust registration service.

This helps us make sure there won’t be any delays to payments to beneficiaries, and helps with meeting our anti-money laundering requirements.

Please provide the confirmation statement for your trust from the Trust Registration Service. You can find this by logging in to your HMRC portal and requesting to ‘download confirmation statement’.

If you need to amend any of the trustees or beneficiaries, call our specialist team on 0247 684 2075(1) and select option one. Someone will explain the process, tell you what documentation may be required and action your request.
