Can I change my statement date and frequency?

Yes. It’s important you’re happy with how often you receive statements from us. If you have Online Banking or Barclays Mobile Banking, you can change the frequency of your statements online. You can also make changes over the phone if you’re registered for Telephone Banking or any time in branch.

You can receive your statements weekly, monthly, quarterly, every six months or annually.

  • Online banking

    Log in to Online Banking and open the dropdown menu under your name at the top right of the page.

    Under the 'My preferences' section, select ‘Statement and letter preferences’. Choose how often you want to receive your statements for each of your accounts.

  • Mobile banking

    Log in to your app and select ‘More’ at the bottom right of the home screen.

    Under the ‘Manage accounts’ section, select ‘Statement and letter preferences’.

    You can choose how often you want to receive your statements for each of your accounts listed.

  • By phone

    If you’re registered for Telephone Banking, you can switch off your paper statements over the phone.

  • Branch

    Visit your local branch with ID and they’ll switch off your paper statements for you.
