How do I get a paper copy of my statement?

If you need a paper copy of a statement for proof of address or identification – eg, for a mortgage or visa application – you can view, download and print statements in Online Banking (if you’re registered).

Or you can order copies of previous statements by calling Telephone Banking (if you’re registered) or visit a branch.

If you only need to check your balance and transactions it's easy to view statements online or in the Barclays Mobile Banking app by selecting ‘Statements and Documents’, which you can find by pressing more on the home screen.

  • Online banking

We have automatically uploaded electronic copies of your statements from July 2013, which you can access through ‘Online Statements’ from the drop-down menu under your name on the Online Banking homepage. If you registered to get your statement online before July 2013, then you’ll be able to view statements from the date of registration.

You can print copies of statements by selecting the relevant account, choosing which statement you need and clicking ‘Download’. You’ll then be able to print the statement from your computer.

  • By phone

If you can’t register for Online Banking, or you don’t have a printer at home, you can order a paper copy of your statement through Telephone Banking (if you’re registered).

We can order copies of previously produced statements to be sent by 2nd-class post. They should arrive within 5 to 7 days, as long as there's a normal Royal Mail service.

There may be a fee if it’s for your business account – please check the tariff of charges.
