How do I get a statement that's not available online?
We have automatically uploaded electronic copies of your statements from July 2013, which you can access through Online Statements in Online Banking, or ‘Statements and Documents’ in Barclays Mobile Banking. If you registered to get your statements online before July 2013, you’ll be able to view them from the date you did so.
If you have a Premier account, you can call Premier Telephone Banking on 0800 924 7365*, if you’re registered.
You can also order an up-to-date (interim) statement in Online Banking by going to ‘Service centre’, ‘View all online services’ then ‘Order’, selecting ‘Interim account statement’ and clicking on the Order interim statement link.
