Why does it say my available credit is suspended in my app?

If your credit is suspended, you won’t be able to take out any new instalment plans. This might have happened for a number of reasons, which we’ve outlined below, along with what you can do about it.

Did you ask to close your account?

If you’ve chosen to close your account, and still have a balance to pay off, we’ll suspend the account while you clear the balance. We’ll be back in touch with you to confirm when it’s been closed.

Have you removed your Direct Debit details, or was there a problem when we tried to collect a payment?

You’ll need to reinstate your Direct Debit. The easiest way to do that is to call us on 0800 152 2888 or 0044 123 668 1763 from abroad.

Please also call us on the same number if you’ve missed a monthly payment because of a failed Direct Debit.
