What happens to the Barclays Video Call app if I get a new phone or tablet?
If you’ve saved the Barclays Video Call app on a computer or in a cloud account, it should appear on your new device when you add your saved apps.
If not, you just need to download it again. In both cases, the app will be ready to use.
